haha david tan is bloggin once again. so better read ya... sure got something interesting wan.

ok in summary... life has been very hectic. the following is the summary of the 3 months in Canada

TOP 13 Questions i have been asked from my friends since leaving home soil

13. Do you still play DOTA? What happened to your dota clan?

Haha... this is a good one. I don't... why? because I can't connect to blue server, don't ask me why. My dota clan, without the leader is haha, no longer existing, but of course they have formed other clans, waiting for my return, when we shall once agian GODLIKEness. ok forget is, i don't miss dota, honest.

12. Where are you studying, and what course are you taking?

um... i guess this ppl don't care about me wan. i'm a mechanical engineering undergrad student in my 3rd year, and i am studying in the University of Manitoba, that's in a city called Winnipeg, the capital of Manitoba, a state located right in the middle of Canada.

11. Do you miss your brother? (marie did u ask dis question???)

of course i do, but then again i enjoy missing him. but sometimes i do regret that he's not here, can smack him with a snowball, than watch him try and hit me back with a snow ball, coz he's throw not so good, so won't hit me wan, no need 2scared.

Haha, i do miss having someone run up and down the stairs for me to get stuff, not i have to do the running, but making milo got replacement. =P

10. Are you invovled in any activities besides your study?

OK, the ppl that asked this meant church, but i will first touch on circular. I'm in a team called Air Cargo, a brach of SIA. It's a team of engineering students that are designing a remote control aircraft, with the goal being max payload. in short, the plane has to be able to carry the most stuff. 44 uni's in North America take part, we got 9th last year, i hear MIT and Stanford do very well, haha...

Christian activities.... Have you heard of campus crusade, yea.

9. Which church do you attend?

Springs, it's really great. www.springs.ca thinking of joining worship team there, but commitment level to serve in a 10,000 chruch must be really huge.

8. Do you still play musical instruments, are you in a band?

considering my dear bro inherited all my equipment, i don't have a guitar here. planning on getting one, but ya, no money.

however i do play the piano on friday nights, in the lounge. i very no face, and thick skin, i will play during peak hours, haha.... wen ppl are there. so basically it's like a mini concert... so far recitals have been, Jim Brickman's "Angel, Somewhere out there, Phantom of the Opera, and alot lar... i always play the wedding theme as my finale, learing to play mario, that will be my prelude.

7. Describe your daily routine

wah, keng wor. let's see. i wake up on

monday morning, if too late, i skip class. first class is at 8.30, the after classes are done at 3, i will study / work on assignments. after dinner i will play a few songs on the piano, then study till i wanna sleep.

tues same thing, just that i go to the airport in the evenings to work on my plane

wed same thing, got campus crusade in the evening

thursday, can wake up late, but got meetings and i usually go out on thurs, my freeiest day

fri, generally play games after class, but may go out for movie, depending, or bubble tea.

sat, wake up early and head to the gym... yes, gym very big and pro wan. then have lunch, later do work, sat nite may enjoy abit then go to springs

sun, wake up and gym. then basically lepak, and finish assignments.

6. What, you go to gym???

yes, on sat i work my lower body, on sun my upper body. do i hve muscles, no... i just burning fat. you shoud see how much i eat daily. and got personal trainer so making progress lar.

5. What do you miss from Malaysia???

um... wan tan mee... my car, my guitar... my bed. my stereo, cyber cafe

4. Who do you miss in Malaysia.

apart from daniel becoz of special reasons, my parents (got ok), my close friends, haha won't name you out, den after that conflict. other family, my couz and my sis.

3. Is it cold in Canada???

the temperature today is -30C, i think you get the idea. yes it's snowing. and i think if i ever go back to malaysia where it's 30C, i will wear shorts everywhere.

2. Do you have a girlfriend?

went to reuben morgan concert, i won the tickets, hehe. so fun... yupz.

and i discovered that reuben morgan is a really good guitarist, he plucks wif his fingers wan, so keng.

and i will break into the springs worship team soon i hope, haha. will i miss sib? i don't know... hehe.

too much stuff happening

in summary, went horse riding, camping, raced a chrysler sports convertable on the interstate, didn't go to zoo.

sat a quiz, did anssignment in 10 mins, went here, and went dere, played friz... football, went bbq, cooked... yes. had pizza night, joined worship team, watched naruto...

a few more things i won't mention here, and yea... went out, bowled, shopped, made instant noodles, can some1 pls teach me how 2 upload pics... yea lynn? why nvr teach me yet =(

um... played capture the flag in picth black military style, stupid tyler go make me wear black socks over my shoes. let's see, and playin maple story wif my bro now, boring life lar... gud nite

um... i'm gettin alot of calls from malaysia, it seems many ppl don't know i'm over here yet. well... u can sms me, it's like super cheap, 5/10 cents... but if u call... haha i won't pick it up of course

it cost me money to talk, and it's like super expansive.... so if u miss the Dmaster, just send send a sms or email yea, if u don't... it's ok... the Dmaster understands

and... life gettin pretty hectic here, uni is kinda cool, but kinda boring, but kinda nice, but kinda hard. ya, you get d picture. ok lar... and can some1 teach me how 2 post pics here... tq.

it's gettin cold. yes, and the leaves are falling.

basically the temperature is droppin below16C, around 12-14 in the morning. walking out of the shower, i do feel the chill a little. oh man, summer is over.

i've made some close frens here, basically there are 4 commerce students dat i knew in malaysia, den there's chun yan and brian (their cousins) with whom lionel and i mostly lepak wif. den d other malaysians here are quite friendly too, see them quite often, so life here quite ok lar.

yesterday went shoppin and bought dis overcoat dat looks like wat mr reeves wore on the matrix, those trenhcoats. haha, and another double layered sweater lar.

ate chinese food, basically since i've been here, i went to an american football game, played soccer, went clubbing (super boring, coz as i said i'm not laku in canada), went downtown to explore and walk the place. went to church, where they sing hymms. and... i think i enjoyed my hols, can i go back now?

classes gettin intense, somewat pls teach me fluid mechanics, not d bernouli equation and pressure thing k, i need to derive theories... zzz, for incompressible fluid flows. haha, don't want 2 bore u all wif a free lecture, but yea... and in the mean time, my room has become the cinema, everyone comes over to watch dvd's, so yea. ok lar, u all have fun, go to the cinema in malaysia, u don't know wat ur missing. its so affordable back home... go go go
